Category of Programs of Huazhong Agricultural University

Undergraduate Programs

Currently, Huazhong Agricultural University offers 17 undergraduate programs to international students. The undergraduate programs have a schooling system of 4 years, except that the Veterinary Medicine program requires 5 years. The programs are delivered in Chinese. Bachelor's degree and graduation certificate are awarded to those who have finished all the course work required and passed thesis defense.

Graduate Programs

At present, Huazhong Agricultural University offers 31 Master's and 26 Doctoral programs to international students. Master's programs have usually a schooling system of 2-3 years, and Doctoral programs 3-4 years. Certificates of degrees and graduation will be awarded to those finishing all the course work and passing thesis/dissertation defense.

Visiting Student / Advanced Study Programs

Foreign students who are willing to take courses or do research at Huazhong Agricultural University as a visiting student may apply to International Student Office, Huazhong Agricultural University. It is suggested that before submitting applications, the applicants ask for advice from their supervisor/tutor in home institute and discuss with supervisor/tutor of Huazhong Agricultural University.

Chinese Language Program

Any qualified foreigner can apply to International Student Office, Huazhong Agricultural University for this program.
